Description

  • Act as the primary finance partner for department leads and cross-functional business partners to support decision-making and spend management.
  • Own, manage, and administer internal financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting tools.
  • Help lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Analyze key financial metrics such as customer profitability, CAC, LTV, and retention, and translate findings into clear narratives.
  • Build complex financial models to evaluate new market entries, product launches, and capital allocation strategies.
  • Identify and implement tools to automate repetitive reporting and improve FP&A processes.
  • Support cost efficiency initiatives and help manage departmental budgets against strategic goals.
  • Maintain data integrity and evolve financial systems and models as the business scales.
  • Communicate budget variances, financial outlook implications, and operational gaps across finance and other functions.
  • Help up-level and develop the FP&A organization and its processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance.
  • Experience in ecommerce or SaaS is a significant plus.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with FP&A platforms such as Adaptive or Analplan.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
  • Experience owning and administering forecasting software such as Adaptive, Vena, Mosaic, or Jirav.
  • Ability to build models from scratch and turn messy data into clean structures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain budget variances and financial implications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
