Description

  • Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses for technical accuracy, completeness, and reasoning quality.
  • Identify factual inaccuracies, unsupported assumptions, logical inconsistencies, and calculation errors in finance outputs.
  • Review financial models, valuation methodologies, and investment analyses produced by AI.
  • Create, review, and refine finance-related prompts, benchmark responses, and evaluation datasets.
  • Apply annotation guidelines consistently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and AI Researchers on evaluation methods.
  • Maintain productivity and quality expectations while working independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following: quantitative finance, financial engineering, financial mathematics, derivatives, risk modeling, stochastic calculus, portfolio optimization, model validation, or quantitative research.
  • Significant practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial markets and corporate finance principles.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to independently evaluate complex financial analyses and articulate technical feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience building pricing models, validating quantitative models, or publishing quantitative research is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred professional certifications include CFA (completed or candidate), CPA, MBA in Finance, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Preferred backgrounds include investment banking, Big Four transaction advisory, valuation advisory, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategic finance.
  • Experience with financial platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, or PitchBook is preferred.
  • Experience with AI model evaluation, RLHF, prompt engineering, AI annotation, LLM evaluation, AI quality assurance, or benchmark dataset development is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEC filings, public equities, financial statements, valuation methodologies, corporate earnings, macroeconomic indicators, investment analysis, capital markets, financial ratios, portfolio concepts, and market trends is preferred.
  • Availability beginning at 6:00 AM PST is required.
  • Ability to commit to assigned work and meet established turnaround times once projects are released.
  • Completion of a required trial gig before joining the production project.
