Description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems that automate complex internal processes.
  • Identify high-impact automation opportunities by partnering cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Develop scripts, integrations, and system-to-system connections that enable seamless data flow and task execution.
  • Leverage LLMs and emerging AI tooling to create intelligent solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Own projects end-to-end from discovery and design through implementation, testing, and iteration.
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready code aligned with broader engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering partners to prioritize, build, and improve solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and direct feedback while exploring new AI use cases.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tooling to build workflows, automations, or intelligent systems.
  • Experience developing agentic or multi-agent systems, including orchestrating tools, APIs, and decision logic.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into automated, scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, production-grade systems and services.
  • Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flow across distributed systems such as REST or event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and building highly available, reliable systems.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and with non-technical stakeholders to understand problems and deliver impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
