Description

  • Partner with product leaders and initiative owners to define and monitor objectives and core metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Partner with the Go-to-Market team to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of key levers.
  • Translate analytical insights into clear execution direction for product teams.
  • Investigate and size new product and business opportunities with the Head of Product.
  • Prototype data-driven workflows that support growth.
  • Design trusted experiments aimed at improving marketplace metrics.
  • Identify trends and conduct deep-dive analyses across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience conducting ad hoc dataset investigations using SQL and producing actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics.
  • 5+ years of experience in a product or analytics role at a fast-growing marketplace startup preferred.
  • Ability to express business relationships using mathematical equations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Strong leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Passion for Roo’s mission to transform the animal health industry.
  • Alignment with Roo’s values: urgency, measurable impact, understanding, customer focus, and enjoyment of the work.
