Description

  • Develop AI/ML-driven solutions to address complex business challenges with attention to scalability, performance, and robustness.
  • Build intelligent systems and chatbots using predictive models, LLMs, RAG, and related technologies.
  • Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant advancements into solution design and implementation.
  • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and solution approaches.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
  • Oversee the full solution lifecycle from ideation and design through implementation and production deployment.
  • Ensure technical quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver impactful and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software development experience with relevant AI/ML design and development experience.
  • Proven experience delivering scalable AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS, ORM, and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Working knowledge of ReactJS or another JavaScript framework/library.
  • Experience designing and deploying chatbots or conversational agents using NLP techniques and platforms such as Rasa or DialogFlow.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT models, and similar architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques such as time series forecasting, regression, classification, and anomaly detection is a plus.
  • Knowledge of advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, deep learning, and computer vision is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization and results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
