Description

Develop AI/ML-driven solutions to address complex business challenges with attention to scalability, performance, and robustness.
Build intelligent systems and chatbots using predictive models, LLMs, RAG, and related technologies.
Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant advancements into solution design and implementation.
Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and solution approaches.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
Oversee the full solution lifecycle from ideation and design through implementation and production deployment.
Ensure technical quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver impactful and innovative solutions.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software development experience with relevant AI/ML design and development experience.
Proven experience delivering scalable AI solutions.
Proficiency in Python.
Knowledge of RDBMS, ORM, and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Working knowledge of ReactJS or another JavaScript framework/library.
Experience designing and deploying chatbots or conversational agents using NLP techniques and platforms such as Rasa or DialogFlow.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT models, and similar architectures.
Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques such as time series forecasting, regression, classification, and anomaly detection is a plus.
Knowledge of advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning, deep learning, and computer vision is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization and results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Professional certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
