Description

  • Support compliance policy reviews, file delivery, remediation tracking, and related technical activities with Legal, Compliance, and the MLRO.
  • Track compliance requirements for new product and service launches and coordinate action items with stakeholders.
  • Identify, design, and implement AI solutions that improve the efficiency and scalability of legal and compliance operations.
  • Develop intelligent systems using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, long-term memory, tool use, subagents, and multi-agent architectures.
  • Create benchmark frameworks, datasets, annotation strategies, and evaluation methods for legal and compliance AI systems.
  • Evaluate and improve systems using retrieval quality, latency, groundedness, factuality, and task-success metrics.
  • Research and rapidly prototype solutions for ambiguous legal and compliance workflow challenges.
  • Support administrative and operational activities in line with company compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in compliance technology, legal technology, regulatory technology, or software development supporting legal or compliance functions.
  • Strong understanding of compliance rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a background in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building production RAG systems, including embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, reranking, chunking, preprocessing, and multimodal parsing.
  • Experience with advanced Agentic RAG methods such as Self-RAG, Corrective RAG, adaptive retrieval, and multi-hop reasoning.
  • Strong knowledge of LLM and agent concepts, including prompt and context engineering, memory, planning, tool use, MCP, and multi-agent systems.
  • Ability to conduct independent research, solve ambiguous problems, and rapidly prototype practical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
