Description

  • Design, prototype, and implement AI systems for business applications.
  • Build and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for product features.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into backend and frontend applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on integrated solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and documented code using Python, JavaScript, or statically typed languages.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies based on project requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize deployed models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead experimentation and prototyping of new ideas and algorithms.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical outcomes to varied audiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience focused on AI/ML applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript or similar languages; statically typed language experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of relational SQL and non-relational databases.
  • Experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure; containerization experience is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and English communication skills.
  • Commitment to data quality, privacy, ethical AI, innovation, and continuous learning.
