Description

  • Lead by example by supporting the sales team and directly helping close 3–5 large enterprise deals.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle from initial outreach through Closed Won and expansion.
  • Build pipeline and help develop the sales engine as the company scales.
  • Work closely with founders, the CRO, and cross-functional teams to generate revenue and unblock opportunities.
  • Quarterback supporting teams such as SDRs, SEs, CSMs, and TAMs throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Conduct deep research and prospecting across key verticals and target accounts.
  • Run product walkthroughs, lead POVs, and handle objections with credibility.
  • Navigate multithreaded enterprise opportunities and engage stakeholders across security, legal, privacy, compliance, and executive teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Mentor the sales team on complex deal cycles and help establish best practices.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience closing large 6- and 7-figure enterprise deals.
  • Must have closed at least one Fortune 20 customer, plus five Fortune 100 customers or ten Fortune 500 customers.
  • Experience selling a platform to multiple cross-functional stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Experience selling security, compliance, legal, or risk platforms to large enterprises preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and the risk landscape, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Fluency in selling to senior and C-level buyers, including CISOs, GCs, CTOs, and Privacy/Compliance leaders.
  • Exceptional discovery, qualification, consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and pipeline discipline.
  • College degree or equivalent required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Selected candidates must pass a thorough background check.
  • Experience selling into Security preferred; experience selling into Legal is a plus.
  • Informal leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus.
