Description

Lead and mentor teams while supporting project delivery and execution.
Build backend services and REST APIs.
Contribute to the design and development of microservices or distributed systems in production.
Work with application architecture and design patterns.
Collaborate on solutions using modern cloud platforms and relational databases.
Participate in Dev.Pro’s screening process, including recruiter, soft skills, and technical interviews.
Provide or refine your career direction based on personalized feedback and evaluation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role.
Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and project delivery.
Experience building backend services and REST APIs.
Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ or newer.
Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience designing or developing microservices or distributed systems in production.
Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Preferred experience with message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus.
Preferred experience with Docker or containerized environments.
Preferred experience with CI/CD pipelines.
