Description

  • Partner with founders and company leaders to define and shape hiring strategies.
  • Pressure-test assumptions and provide thoughtful recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide client decision-making to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
  • Own delivery for recruiting engagements with a focus on execution quality and results.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Sourcer, Talent Operations team, and Rockstar’s AI-powered recruiting platform.
  • Ensure clients hire the right people efficiently and with confidence.
  • Work closely with U.S.-based leaders and clients in a client-facing capacity.
  • Operate as a strategic partner rather than a transactional recruiter.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, talent strategy, or client-facing roles.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent operations is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage clearly with U.S.-based leaders and clients.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decisions with senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, thoughtful, and outcome-driven.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Willing and able to work U.S. business hours.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a track record of following through on outcomes.
  • Hungry to learn and motivated to grow into broader leadership roles within Rockstar.
