Description

  • Own inbound lead handling workflows, including reviewing leads for ICP fit and routing them to the correct SDR or AE.
  • Validate account and contact data and ensure records are enriched, normalized, and usable.
  • Build targeted ICP account lists for SDRs and AEs based on defined criteria.
  • Research breach reports and public sources to identify impacted companies and capture outreach context.
  • Process event and webinar attendee lists to identify ICP accounts and prepare clean exports for sales follow-up.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by updating required fields, labels, next steps, stages, and dispositions consistently.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve process consistency and data reliability.
  • Develop repeatable workflows and lightweight process improvements that increase speed and accuracy.
  • Support Sales Development leadership on projects that impact top-of-funnel performance.
  • Learn the ICP, account prioritization, and sales process with the goal of growing into an SDR or related role.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, sales operations, lead research, customer research, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with accuracy, consistency, and judgment in detail-oriented work.
  • Strong research and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous inputs.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership and following through.
  • College degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a small team environment or organized sports is a plus.
  • Background in cybersecurity, sales development, or revenue operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and RevOps.
