Description

  • Own client relationships end-to-end, including calls, follow-ups, priorities, and trust-building.
  • Translate client goals into clear direction for the internal team.
  • Manage and coach specialists across advertising, content, and operations.
  • Keep projects moving and on schedule using tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Slack.
  • Review work before it is shared with clients to ensure quality and clarity.
  • Turn performance data into clear next actions rather than just reporting results.
  • Identify risks early and solve problems calmly to keep delivery on track.
  • Contribute to improving how RocketAMS operates as the agency scales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency or professional services setting.
  • Hands-on experience using Google Sheets, project management platforms, and Slack.
  • Experience coordinating or mentoring others, formally or informally.
  • Background in performance marketing, content, social, media, or agency operations is preferred.
  • Experience working with eCommerce or retail clients is preferred.
  • Exposure to fast-growing or high-pressure agency environments is preferred.
  • Ability to operate calmly, prioritize well, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in moving from hands-on execution into leadership and coaching responsibility.
