Description

  • Define and manage the annual case study and proof-point content roadmap with Product Marketing.
  • Prioritize customer stories, testimonials, and quotes based on pipeline, bookings, and adoption impact.
  • Own end-to-end production of customer content from sourcing through legal and customer approval.
  • Manage customer spotlights and update existing case studies as messaging evolves.
  • Own the customer reference database and review programs across G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and TrustRadius.
  • Manage review-platform vendors, contracts, renewals, and budgets.
  • Oversee customer logo usage and ensure legal, contractual, and brand compliance.
  • Run the annual customer awards program, including nominations, selection coordination, production, and event integration.
  • Manage on-site customer filming, engagement logistics, schedules, and participation agreements at flagship events.
  • Track content performance and business impact, manage workflows, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to own both marketing strategy and execution.
  • Experience developing content roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives by business impact.
  • Track record managing content projects end-to-end, including legal and compliance coordination.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets, preferably for review-generation or customer reference platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to turn customer insights into compelling content.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with content intelligence tools such as Peerbound and Gong preferred.
  • Comfort managing on-site logistics for large customer-facing events.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Legal teams.
