Description

  • Develop content strategy and produce member-facing content across service lines, engagement showcases, and content libraries.
  • Input email copy and select images in the Knak email CMS.
  • Own and maintain the Engagement Hub content library.
  • Produce case studies and enablement assets based on account-owner designs.
  • Direct freelance, contractor, and AI-assisted content capacity to meet volume requirements.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and quality across member communications.
  • Monitor content engagement, throughput, turnaround times, and service-line coverage.
  • Collaborate with account owners, campaign production, Commercialization, Compliance, and Legal while maintaining defined ownership boundaries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience producing consumer-, member-, or patient-facing content at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve content engagement metrics, not merely deliver content on schedule.
  • Experience writing within regulated or clinically sensitive environments.
  • Judgment to route content appropriately to Compliance or Legal.
  • Experience directing freelance, agency, or contractor resources against briefs.
  • Working fluency with AI-assisted drafting and strong editorial quality control.
  • Ability to operate as shared content capacity across competing internal priorities.
  • Healthcare, health plan, or behavioral health content experience preferred.
  • Experience with Knak, Braze, or comparable email and content production platforms preferred.
  • Experience with accessibility standards or building and restructuring content libraries preferred.
