Description

  • Review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications to define test coverage.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, regression suites, and edge-case validation scenarios.
  • Perform functional and UI testing on iOS and Android applications across multiple devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
  • Execute functional, regression, exploratory, responsive, and cross-browser testing on websites and web applications.
  • Review CMS-authored content for accuracy, formatting, brand compliance, editorial standards, links, media rendering, metadata, alt text, and URL structure.
  • Validate multilingual and RTL content where applicable and confirm content within AEM or comparable CMS environments.
  • Compare implemented screens and pages against Figma or approved designs and report visual and interaction defects.
  • Perform accessibility validation aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards and document issues using accessibility tools.
  • Log, track, retest, and close defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and environment details.
  • Execute regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and production verification testing and support release sign-offs.
  • Perform basic API testing to validate responses, status codes, data integrity, error handling, and backend integration behavior.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, content authors, product owners, and QA team members in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing both mobile applications and web applications.
  • Experience performing content QA on CMS-authored websites.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, WordPress, or Contentful.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  • Experience testing iOS and Android applications, including native, Flutter, React Native, and hybrid apps.
  • Experience using physical devices, simulators, emulators, TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, or similar mobile testing tools.
  • Strong experience with functional, regression, exploratory, responsive, and cross-browser testing.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools for DOM inspection, console debugging, and network analysis.
  • Experience using BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar cloud testing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and tools such as axe DevTools, WAVE, or Lighthouse.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, metadata validation, canonical tags, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Zephyr, TestRail, Confluence, SharePoint, and API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Basic Git knowledge for accessing documentation and test artifacts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, XCUITest, or Espresso (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Lighthouse (nice to have).
  • Experience validating analytics and personalization implementations such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium, or Adobe Target (nice to have).
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integrations is preferred.
  • Arabic reading ability for RTL content QA is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
