Description

  • Create and optimize customer-facing content across channels and touchpoints.
  • Translate customer insights, feedback, and Voice of Customer data into clear content.
  • Review customer journeys and identify communication and messaging improvements.
  • Develop content for digital products, services, FAQs, guides, notifications, and customer communications.
  • Ensure consistent, accessible, and customer-centric tone, terminology, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with CX, Product, UX/UI, Marketing, and business teams on content initiatives.
  • Research customer needs, pain points, and expectations through feedback and customer research.
  • Support journey mapping by identifying content and communication gaps.
  • Participate in usability testing and apply findings to improve content.
  • Develop and review customer communications for service and product launches, using data to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Experience, CX Content, UX Writing, Content Writing, Customer Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, pain points, and customer-centric design.
  • Experience with Voice of Customer data, customer feedback, or customer research.
  • Experience creating customer-facing content for digital or service environments.
  • Knowledge of UX principles, usability, and information architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Marketing, and CX teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
