Description

  • Define and standardize Bolt's product voice, terminology, and content patterns across the product.
  • Set the content standard in the design system, components, and internal agents so copy remains consistent at scale.
  • Review writing from across the company and provide feedback that improves content quality and judgment.
  • Own the content strategy and influence product direction from problem definition through delivery.
  • Ship content-led features end to end, including onboarding, in-product education, and value-prop moments.
  • Design content-led experiences in Figma or build them with agentic tools through to implementation.
  • Partner with Marketing and CX to align messaging across pre-product, in-product, and support experiences.
  • Help PMs and engineers write better content and raise the overall bar on product language.

Requirements

  • Portfolio of product content work with at least two examples showing the problem, reasoning, rejected options, and shipped outcomes.
  • Experience taking a content-led feature from problem to shipped without a product designer.
  • Ability to design in Figma or build with agentic tools to a shippable standard.
  • Experience building a standard, system, or guidelines that other people actually used.
  • Ability to give constructive feedback to designers, writers, and non-designers.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Startup or small team experience (bonus point).
  • Experience shaping AI tools or writing for conversational interfaces (bonus point).
  • Experience writing product, marketing, and support content or migrating content between them (bonus point).
  • Consumer product experience (bonus point).
  • No college degree required.
  • No U.S. location requirement; remote-friendly.
