Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable component libraries across products.
  • Define interaction behaviors and state transitions, including hover, focus, loading, disabled, and mobile states.
  • Maintain design tokens for color, spacing, typography, border radius, and shadows across design and code environments.
  • Organize Figma libraries, components, variants, properties, variables, and publications for efficient designer use.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation constraints across Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS.
  • Create usage guidelines and documentation for component selection, behavior, and governance.
  • Maintain high standards for layout, typography, color, spacing, hierarchy, and visual quality.
  • Drive adoption of the design system and improve designer and engineer workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
  • Strong understanding of cross-platform design constraints and guidelines for Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, scalable design decisions, and impact across multiple products.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma libraries, auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and library publication.
  • Familiarity with how developers inspect, build, and consume components in code repositories.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, contrast requirements, and inclusive design principles.
  • Technical familiarity with React, Flutter, and Atomic Design methodology.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work and measurable improvements in user experience, business metrics, or engagement; fintech or SaaS experience preferred.
