Description

  • Deliver in-person and remote technical training sessions tailored to Tines courseware and audience needs.
  • Manage training content repositories to ensure materials are organized and accessible.
  • Collaborate with customer success, partner relations, sales, and engineering to close gaps in training resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve technical training programs, courseware, and onboarding resources.
  • Analyze training and onboarding data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Scale training delivery using diverse approaches, technologies, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Track training effectiveness through KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Enable partners and colleagues to deliver training to Tines users.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and contribute feedback to bug resolution.
  • Support customer needs by promoting Tines products and services effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • At least 3 years of experience creating courseware, curriculum, or customer onboarding programs.
  • Proven experience delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ownership in developing training programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience handling training coordination and administration.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate content creation, training delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn technical products and understand how to use Tines effectively.
  • Experience with API technology and automation tools is required.
  • Familiarity with SaaS software; IT security knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial.
  • Must be located in North America in one of the Eastern Timezone states.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer on-site trainings.
