Description

  • Support the Senior Product Manager on strategic intelligence workstreams including Content Optimization, Pricing Intelligence, and Greenfield Intelligence Projects such as GEO.
  • Translate business priorities into technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities.
  • Drive execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch iteration.
  • Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, timelines, risks, and status reporting across multiple initiatives.
  • Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions and improve feature value.
  • Oversee product documentation, release notes, internal enablement materials, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support client and internal discussions to clarify requirements, validate use cases, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude to accelerate communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
  • Experience working on data, AI, ecommerce, marketplace, pricing, or content optimization products preferred.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity and output.
  • Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, delivery plans, release notes, or similar product documentation.
  • Background supporting cross-functional product delivery in a technical environment.

  • Expected base salary of $135,000 to $195,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 10% of annual base salary for non-sales roles.
