Description

  • Translate business, UX, and regulatory requirements into detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and process flows for the engineering team.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology throughout grooming, reviews, and testing to ensure delivery matches specifications.
  • Manage the product’s technical backlog by prioritizing tasks based on feasibility, dependencies, and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support solid product delivery.
  • Participate in specification validation through reviews and tests.
  • Document technical needs using flows, diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on technology interface and technical requirements specification.
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical documentation, including flows, diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong collaboration experience with engineering teams, including participation in grooming, reviews, and testing.
  • Advanced or fluent English for technical documentation and meetings.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience with digital financial products such as banking, investments, or payments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger and Postman (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of systems architecture and integrations (preferred).
  • Experience with a U.S. bank or U.S. regulatory environment (preferred).
  • Technical background, including prior work in development or related areas (preferred).
