Description

  • Assist with product research and customer discovery to inform product decisions.
  • Review, groom, and prioritize the product backlog with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery support with Engineering teams.
  • Help remove blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve prioritization conflicts.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication and visibility for product initiatives across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with product and UI designers on user experience principles and customer journey optimization.
  • Partner with product marketing on go-to-market strategies and customer communication approaches.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, roadmaps, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in analyzing product performance through the mobile and SaaS adoption funnel.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, business, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in analytics, growth, technology, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
  • Understanding of, or strong interest in, identity protocols such as OAuth2 or SAML.
  • Comfort navigating global billing systems and subscription lifecycles.
  • Interest in building a career in software product management and in technology products.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage change, and adapt to shifting needs.
  • Commitment to continuous self-development and improving performance.
