Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop Treasury team members, including performance management, feedback, and career development support.
  • Set team priorities and oversee daily treasury operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own daily cash positioning and liquidity management across 30+ domestic and international bank accounts.
  • Lead short- and long-term cash forecasting with FP&A and business stakeholders.
  • Manage banking relationships, including service optimization, fee management, and treasury product evaluation.
  • Oversee bank account administration, including openings, closures, KYC compliance, signatory management, and platform governance.
  • Monitor treasury reporting, cash reconciliations, debt reporting, management reporting packages, and month-end close support.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and banking regulations.
  • Lead treasury transformation, process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Procurement, People, and Technology on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting, with at least 1 recent year of Treasury experience.
  • Experience managing cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
  • Previous experience at a company with approximately $250M–$350M in annual revenue, ideally private equity-backed and within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management practices, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Experience building and iterating forecasts in complex treasury functions using data-driven analysis and strategic judgment.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work standard business hours (8am–5pm) in either Eastern or Central Time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred).
  • Experience with NetSuite, treasury management systems, and banking platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting private equity-backed, SaaS, or multinational organizations (preferred).
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities (preferred).
  • Previous experience within a Cash Application environment (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a people manager or Team Lead (preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to support communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, or documentation (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 12% of annual base salary.
