Description

  • Lead customers through onboarding and implementation from early discovery through launch.
  • Capture functional requirements and existing processes to support a seamless transition into onboarding.
  • Configure systems to meet customer needs and work through technical complexity when required.
  • Design and maintain practical learning and implementation resources such as guides, walkthroughs, solution definitions, and SOPs.
  • Turn recurring customer questions and challenges into reusable documentation, learning collateral, and system improvements.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions focused on outcomes and customer confidence.
  • Provide support during critical moments by resolving, escalating, or enabling as appropriate.
  • Triage and respond to support requests with the wider Customer Success Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in business analysis, engineering, and product to surface trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate customer experience into insights that improve products, processes, and learning materials.

Requirements

  • Must live in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island in Canada.
  • Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt communication for different audiences.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills for training and customer documentation.
  • Curiosity about customer goals, challenges, and motivations.
  • Confidence in learning new systems and navigating technical details.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating clear, user-focused learning or implementation materials.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information in line with GDPR and quality standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating openly with others.
  • Curious, experimental relationship with AI and willingness to reflect on what works.
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer implementations (desirable).
  • Exposure to education, training, or assessment environments (desirable).
  • Experience supporting customers through change management (desirable).
  • Familiarity with agile or digital transformation projects (desirable).
  • Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Monday.com, or similar platforms (desirable).

  • Salary of $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience, plus profit share.
