Description

  • Design, build, and manage development and production cloud-native infrastructure in AWS.
  • Establish and evolve standards for microservices, including IaC modules, Helm charts, and policies.
  • Build and maintain release workflows and continuous integration/delivery systems.
  • Improve system and application visibility through monitoring, metrics, and log analytics.
  • Implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.
  • Contribute to product planning and execution.
  • Develop internal tools that reduce friction and improve developer productivity.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of prior experience as an SRE or DevOps engineer.
  • Deep cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code skills.
  • Cloud-native proficiency, including Kubernetes in production.
  • Familiarity with a service mesh such as Istio or Linkerd.
  • Experience with provisioning tools such as Karpenter.
  • Observability expertise with modern monitoring and log analytics.
  • At least 1 year of programming experience or strong demonstrated programming proficiency.
  • Experience with build, deploy, and continuous integration tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Experience in Go or Node.js is a strong advantage.
  • Open-source involvement such as issues, pull requests, talks, or meetups is an advantage.
