Description

  • Optimize marketing workflows and ClickUp projects to improve efficiency.
  • Experiment with AI agents and automations to streamline content delivery and campaign tracking.
  • Support Brand, Product, and Programs leads in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with social media management, events, and sales enablement asset creation.
  • Support campaign logistics and help synthesize and automate reporting and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose video and thought leadership content into audience-ready formats.
  • Help the marketing team move faster by strengthening project management processes.
  • Work alongside marketing leaders and experts to support broader marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Currently on active duty and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to complete a 40 hr/wk apprenticeship.
  • Possess a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated grit, resilience, and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
  • Preferred: Entry-level experience or certifications in marketing, project management, or digital tools.
  • Comfort working with tools such as ClickUp and CRM systems.
  • Interest in experimenting with new content formats, creative trends, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach to working across teams and handling uncertainty.
