Description

  • Develop and manage paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related SEM platforms.
  • Execute keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimizations to meet performance goals.
  • Monitor daily campaign pacing, budget allocation, and account health to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data to identify actionable insights and areas for growth.
  • Manage and refine performance marketing programs end-to-end across client accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, creative, marketing strategy, technical) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders, and manage client expectations and reporting.
  • Stay up to date on search trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results across acquisition and retention goals.
  • Experience using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SA360).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams to enhance campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Availability for contract projects typically ranging from 10–40 hours per week.
  • Experience working with fast-scaling companies and established brands (preferred).
