Description

  • Strategize, set up, optimize, and manage email flows and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign and flow performance daily to identify opportunities to improve results and revenue.
  • Run site popup and email split tests and optimize sends for stronger performance.
  • Write ad copy and email copy that stays aligned with each brand’s voice, tone, and branding.
  • Set up tracking scripts and conversion event codes for email and SMS performance measurement.
  • Manage the full email/SMS experience, including ongoing optimization.
  • Clean and manage lists to maintain deliverability and audience quality.
  • Collaborate with senior eCommerce strategists and support teams on cross-channel coordination and performance reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, provide detailed reports, and present monthly and quarterly improvement plans.
  • Stay current on platform updates and best practices to improve client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of eCommerce email experience.
  • 1-2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
  • Proven track record of strong email campaign and flow results, including managing lists of 100,000+.
  • Strong design sense and copywriting ability with an eye for brand alignment.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent productivity and prioritization skills.
  • Elite written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SMS marketing in Klaviyo or Postscript is preferred.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and highly detail-oriented approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong client-success focus.
