Description

  • Lead large, global, and/or complex clinical trial projects and define execution strategies for component projects.
  • Prepare project management plans and governance documents.
  • Recommend and implement operational strategies and risk management plans.
  • Manage project resources, including task assignment to staff and vendors.
  • Manage project budgets and scope of work, including recognizing and negotiating scope changes.
  • Provide tactical recommendations to customers and strategic guidance to team members.
  • Mentor, train, and orient team members.
  • Manage team dynamics and provide frequent feedback.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, RFI responses, and bid defense presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing progressively larger and more complex clinical research projects.
  • Therapeutic expertise in Central Nervous System, Pain, Respiratory, and/or Food Allergy is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and scientific concepts, including GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory agency regulations.
  • Ability to interpret study protocols and designs.
  • Experience conducting on-site monitoring visits and/or managing a CRA team to achieve project deliverables.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Honest, accountable, and collaborative approach aligned with strong team spirit.
  • Ability to think critically and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.
  • Willingness to travel for sponsor visits, meetings, and trainings as needed.
