Description

  • Lead and manage the team to meet operational targets and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain efficiency.
  • Monitor team productivity and implement process improvements across operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and communicate team performance, dashboard insights, and KPI results to management.
  • Oversee remote team operations and support accountability across distributed teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Previous leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and manage team performance.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with process improvement and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in dashboard management, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Proficient with relevant software tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
  • Flexible to work U.S. business hours (9am - 5pm EST).
