Description

  • Conduct final candidate engagement and readiness discussions.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews and clarify role expectations, client requirements, interview preparation, and timelines.
  • Maintain candidate communication and engagement throughout the final recruitment stages.
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews, including separate sessions where required.
  • Confirm interview details with candidates, clients, and the recruitment team and keep shared calendars updated.
  • Sit in on client interviews where required and support interview flow and candidate positioning.
  • Gather interview feedback and outcomes quickly and communicate updates internally.
  • Follow up on client feedback and manage placement momentum through the final stages.
  • Update recruitment workflow stages, interview notes, and communication records accurately in Workable.
  • Coordinate closely with internal team members and support handover readiness and final placement activities.

Requirements

  • Strong interview coordination and scheduling capability.
  • Experience managing recruitment workflows and ATS systems, preferably Workable.
  • Strong candidate and client communication skills.
  • Recruitment administration and workflow coordination experience.
  • Strong calendar management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and placement process.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote work.
  • Working hours of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM SAST.
  • Salary paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
