Description

  • Coordinate and maintain client schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage for ABA services.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and providers on scheduling and service-related questions.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and provider availability while minimizing disruptions to care.
  • Track cases and follow up on scheduling or service issues through resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within company systems.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth service delivery.
  • Generate reports and assist with administrative projects as needed.
  • Use scheduling and case management systems to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in client-facing case coordination, scheduling, or healthcare operations.
  • Preference for a more senior-level candidate with proven experience managing complex schedules and client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Experience using CentralReach is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and case management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience using Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health industry is a plus.
