Description

  • Manage and coordinate remote Nurse Practitioners across the United States.
  • Oversee provider schedules, attendance, responsiveness, and shift commitments.
  • Ensure appropriate coverage across the 24/7, 365-day telemedicine operation.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling and coverage gaps, including arranging replacement coverage for missed shifts.
  • Coordinate with vendors, providers, healthcare facilities, and clinical teams.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, spreadsheets, operational records, and provider data.
  • Handle calls and operational queries from healthcare facilities.
  • Escalate clinical and operational matters appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly with providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of operational issues through resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or coordinating remote healthcare providers.
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfort managing provider accountability, scheduling, and operational coverage.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST.
  • Proficiency maintaining spreadsheets, schedules, records, and provider data.
  • Ability to handle operational queries and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Availability for full-time remote work from South Africa.
  • Experience in telemedicine or 24/7 healthcare operations (preferred).
