Description

  • Embed with clients to design and build AI solutions for business use cases.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into technical roadmaps and lead projects from scoping through delivery.
  • Develop production-grade GenAI applications, including RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and fine-tuned models.
  • Build scalable, reliable training and inference data pipelines for production environments.
  • Establish evaluation baselines and metrics, then iterate on prompts, retrieval, models, and parameters to improve outcomes.
  • Implement AI lifecycle management, including experiment tracking, model versioning, observability, monitoring, evaluation, and CI/CD.
  • Deploy and operate AI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Work with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, including PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Mosaic AI features.
  • Advise client stakeholders on architecture decisions and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and hands-on client project work during the Databricks ramp-up program, where applicable.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering AI systems across the full lifecycle, from experimentation through deployment and production monitoring.
  • Experience building production-grade LLM and GenAI applications, including RAG, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, Hugging Face, or DSPy.
  • Ability to define meaningful evaluation metrics, establish baselines, and measure improvements in AI system performance.
  • Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, observability, automated pipelines, monitoring, evaluation, and CI/CD.
  • Extensive Python experience, including data and ML libraries, and the ability to write clean, testable, well-structured code.
  • Experience designing scalable data, training, and inference pipelines.
  • Experience deploying or operating AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Client-facing consulting ability, including translating business needs into technical solutions and explaining architecture to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with Databricks or a Databricks ML Engineer or GenAI Engineer certification (preferred).
  • Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and production LLMOps tooling for evaluation, monitoring, or drift detection (preferred).
