Description

  • Build the decision framework for when and how to use DV360 across open auction, private marketplace, programmatic guaranteed deals, and restricted categories.
  • Define how DV360 products are packaged and pitched, including guidance on bidding structures such as CPM and CPV, as well as non-skippable formats.
  • Own the category routing logic that determines the correct platform, deal type, and setup by vertical.
  • Establish ad tag implementation standards and reporting infrastructure.
  • Create playbooks, training, and pitch materials that equip sales and account teams to sell DV360 consistently.
  • Partner with client-facing teams on strategic opportunities, RFPs, and package refinement.
  • Stay current on DV360 updates and translate them into practical internal guidance for new inventory types and restricted categories.
  • Push back internally and externally when platform knowledge indicates a different recommendation is needed.
  • Lead experimentation and make informed decisions on when to pivot or hold based on results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on DV360 experience across open auction, PMP, PG, restricted categories, and the broader platform.
  • Deep knowledge of bidding structures and how to apply them by campaign type.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategy and service packaging, not just executing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to push back on clients and internal teams with a clear point of view grounded in platform expertise.
  • Track record of leading experimentation and deciding when to pivot or hold.
  • Experience with ad tag implementation and cross-platform reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail for sales, clients, and leadership.
  • Google Marketing Platform certifications preferred, including DV360 and Campaign Manager 360.
