Description

  • Monitor global hospitality tech trends, macroeconomic shifts, and buyer behavior to identify emerging threats and commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a continuous competitive intelligence framework covering product launches, feature changes, financial health, M&A activity, and strategic pivots.
  • Own market understanding by geography and competitor, including product positioning, pricing, target customers, and implications for Revinate.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to conduct win/loss analysis and convert findings into product or pricing adjustments.
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor to the C-suite and leadership teams on competitor movements and market shifts.
  • Own the design, execution, and continuous optimization of Revinate’s pricing models.
  • Lead cross-functional packaging and feature-tiering strategies for new products and existing bundles to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct quantitative research such as Conjoint Analysis and Van Westendorp modeling to determine willingness-to-pay and value metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations on discounting guardrails, approval workflows, and pricing calculators.
  • Synthesize market intelligence into actionable briefings for Product and Engineering leadership to inform and future-proof the R&D roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Monetization, Product Strategy, Strategic Corporate Intelligence, or Tech Management Consulting.
  • Experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
  • Proven experience building competitive and market intelligence frameworks and designing/executing multi-tier SaaS packaging and pricing models.
  • Deep hands-on experience running quantitative willingness-to-pay research.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics, including LTV, CAC, Net Revenue Retention, and ARPU.
  • History of building discounting guardrails and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales Ops to turn win/loss data into product and pricing changes.
  • Remote candidates must reside in the greater Atlanta or Austin area.
  • Preferred experience operating at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and finance.
