Description

  • Manage the lifecycle of global account paperwork, including amendments, renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
  • Support Strategic CSMs with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
  • Work with Billing and Sales to resolve payment disputes, credit memo requests, and debt collection inquiries.
  • Produce and audit recurring performance reports for Executive Business Reviews.
  • Participate in daily APAC Customer Success stand-ups to maintain regional alignment and track task requests.
  • Lead implementation and launch of contracted Revinate products, especially Guest Feedback, for APAC customers.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to ensure integrations are completed on time.
  • Own Level 1 customer inquiries in Zendesk and maintain high responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot non-standard requests and web-related issues before escalating complex bugs to Engineering.
  • Track and log customer issues in Salesforce to maintain a single source of truth for the global team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a SaaS environment, preferably in Customer Success, Support, or Operations.
  • Comfort managing repetitive, process-driven work in a dynamic, high-velocity environment.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with sensitivity to cultural expectations across the APAC region.
  • Interest in learning new products quickly; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or JIRA is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong follow-up habits to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or familiarity with hotel systems such as OPERA or roomMaster is a significant plus.
  • Must reside in India due to immediate territory needs.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate across multiple time zones.
