Description

  • Own technical onboarding for new channel, DSP, SSP, and publisher partners from documentation review through first live campaign.
  • Provide first- and second-line technical support through Zendesk for partner and community issues.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for publisher, agency, and brand ad operations teams on trafficking, tag, and delivery problems.
  • Build and maintain integration documentation, trafficking guides, and self-serve onboarding materials for partners.
  • QA and certify new ResponsiveAds tags and format types against major DSP environments before general availability.
  • Support Agentic AdCp standard expansion by working with DSP engineering teams on schema and tag certification.
  • Troubleshoot complex setup issues, tag macros, trafficking issues, and creative delivery problems.
  • Surface recurring ad operations issues to the engineering team as product bugs or feature requests.
  • Support sales with technical discovery conversations and RFP responses for complex trafficking requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ad operations, solutions engineering, or programmatic technical roles.
  • 5+ years of strong JavaScript, CSS, and coding experience.
  • Deep familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP, as well as SSPs, ad servers, macros, and tag management.
  • Experience with HTML5 ad formats, VAST/VPAID video tags, and IAB creative standards.
  • Strong debugging skills using network traffic inspection, browser console tools, and tag inspection tools.
  • Experience with rich media or responsive ad formats, including setup, debugging, and code changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Agentic workflows and the ability to set them up and use them.
  • Experience with industry ad builders and creative management tools.
  • Knowledge of TCF/GVL consent frameworks and privacy compliance in ad serving is a plus.
  • DOOH or CTV ad serving technical experience is a plus.
