Description

  • Lead client implementations, conversions, and other professional services engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite.
  • Implement coordinated project plans to keep onboarding and service work on schedule and within budget.
  • Deliver product training and support pre-sales and post-sales application activities.
  • Provide escalated application support in line with internal guidelines and policies.
  • Perform needs assessments and requirements gathering with clients.
  • Provide regular internal and external status updates on progress, accomplishments, and risks.
  • Work directly with client leads on software configuration and best practices.
  • Partner with the Business Solutions Consultant team to support transition from implementation to feature adoption.
  • Guide clients on data extracts and third-party API usage.
  • Participate in internal UAT activities as needed.

Requirements

  • A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
  • Exceptional project planning and multitasking skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering in-house and remote training.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and resolve issues.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products.
  • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred.
