Description

  • Implement coordinated project plans for client implementations, conversions, and other professional services engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite.
  • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application support, and escalated application support within internal guidelines and policies.
  • Perform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.
  • Provide regular internal and external status updates on accomplishments, risks, and project progress.
  • Work directly with key client leads to advise on software configuration and implementation needs.
  • Consult agencies on best practices using expertise in Lone Wolf software and customer environments.
  • Collaborate with the Business Solutions Consultant team to support a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization.
  • Provide guidance on data extracts from the Lone Wolf application to support third-party API use.
  • Track project work to ensure implementations stay on time and within budget.
  • Participate in internal UAT activities as required.

Requirements

  • A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
  • Exceptional project planning skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills.
  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products.
  • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred.
