Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the program and major retail partners to support point-of-purchase discount programs.
  • Track program benchmarks, retailer participation, and incentive budget impact in the project management system.
  • Generate unique coupon codes and promotional identifiers for specific retail partners.
  • Reconcile monthly sales and redemption data from retailers against internal records to support accurate rebate processing.
  • Coordinate with retail corporate offices to ensure coupon codes are integrated into point-of-sale systems.
  • Analyze redemption trends and sell-through data and provide actionable insights to program managers.
  • Conduct internal audits to prevent duplicate incentives and ensure compliance with utility regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for code generation, data uploads, and related reporting processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate, timely reporting and procedural documentation.
  • Support additional duties, new business proposals, and new program development as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data coordination, program operations, or retail analytics, preferably in the energy, utility, or rebate sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience managing complex datasets and working with proprietary software or project management tools.
  • High attention to detail and precision in data entry and code generation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple seasonal promotion timelines.
  • Ability to translate technical data findings into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization, work independently, and own assigned tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Experience in energy efficiency programs, retail coupon programs, or other utility programs is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $55,000-$75,000.
