Description

  • Lead and manage internal staff and subcontractors delivering the energy efficiency program.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including energy assessments, contractor management, reporting, forecasting, and customer service.
  • Develop short- and long-term implementation plans and lead program implementation activities.
  • Deliver programs to client(s) in accordance with contract terms and program budgets.
  • Track, quantify, and drive program deliverables to ensure accurate and on-time submission.
  • Monitor project progress toward goals, ensure compliance requirements are met, and resolve emerging issues with creative solutions.
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate team performance by setting standards and objectives for direct reports.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage client communications, expectations, satisfaction, and issue escalation as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to improve program efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be located in Arizona.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Client-centered and customer service-focused mindset.
  • Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Experience with short- and long-range planning and strategy preferred.
  • Technical acumen in residential and multifamily energy use and/or building science preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, self-direct work, and establish job/work process flows preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including speaking and writing.
  • Demonstrated resilience and composure under pressure in dynamic environments.

  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000.
