Description

  • Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property decision makers, owners/managers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other industry affiliates.
  • Generate leads for energy efficiency programs and refer customers to other relevant utility programs when appropriate.
  • Conduct property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection to support eligible property upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to program service providers entering data into the program tracking system.
  • Interpret program guidelines and support contractors and subcontractors with program requirements and related initiatives.
  • Lead scheduled and ad hoc meetings and calls with internal teams, partners, and utility clients on planning, outreach, progress, challenges, and program changes.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate program offerings to a variety of stakeholders with tailored messaging.
  • Maintain program schedules and team activities while delegating tasks to appropriate internal personnel.
  • Support contractors with data fulfillment, scope refinement, customer communications, QA/QC, and work processing through the program workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy-efficiency program implementation, project management, or a related sales function.
  • Proven success engaging customers, multifamily property owners, property management, and contractors.
  • Ability to take full responsibility for projects from inception to close.
  • Experience supporting contractors with data fulfillment, scope refinement, customer communications, QA/QC, and program workflow processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, project management, presentation, problem-solving, and self-direction skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Preferred: multifamily program or property management experience, technical acumen in multifamily building science principles and technologies, and experience in short- and long-range planning and strategy.

  • Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $111,000.
