Description

  • Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across product engineering, legal, and enterprise customer commitments.
  • Own the program layer of cloud environment security efforts, including control rollout, remediation SLAs, and audit readiness.
  • Build execution mechanisms such as intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and launch readiness reviews.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and build leadership to launch new initiatives and retire legacy tooling.
  • Contribute to architecture reviews, build documents, and post-incident debriefs.
  • Read and reason about production code in modern languages such as Python, Go, and Java.
  • Evaluate cloud infrastructure architecture, especially in AWS, with a focus on security.
  • Review metrics, logs, dashboards, SIEM data, and SLO burn to monitor security and performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in security, cloud, data platform, or infrastructure organizations at scale.
  • Prior individual contributor engineering experience in software, security, data, or SRE, or a comparable background.
  • Direct ownership of programs spanning multiple engineering teams and reporting to Director level or higher.
  • Experience shipping products, including GA launches, launch readiness, and post-launch operations.
  • Deep expertise in at least three of the following: cloud security and posture management, Kubernetes runtime security, security data pipelines and SIEM, security automation and SOAR.
  • Ability to read and critique system build documents, including latency, efficiency, cost, and failure modes for distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with ML or LLM-integrated products, including training and evaluation pipelines.
  • Proven ability to develop lasting program frameworks and strong written communication skills.
  • Computer science degree or comparable industry background (preferred).
  • Experience with major SIEM and SOAR platforms, cloud provider security services, or Kubernetes-native security tooling (preferred).
  • Experience running Sev 1 or Sev 2 incident coordination (preferred).
  • Experience with data protection, privacy, or DLP programs (preferred).
