Description

  • Lead multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs from conception through execution, managing budgets, timelines, scope, and pricing.
  • Own commercial terms for assigned clients and ensure delivery remains within contractual requirements.
  • Monitor program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements through business reviews and client touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain relationships with utility clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators, and community organizations.
  • Communicate program initiatives, performance metrics, and operational updates to diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and manage resources to deliver milestones on time.
  • Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain reports for clients, partners, and internal teams, providing accurate analysis, recommendations, and clear takeaways.
  • Support business development through proposal reviews, interview preparation, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex projects.
  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in business development, program implementation, account management, or a related setting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing stakeholder needs.
  • Interest in sustainability and commitment to environmental impact.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000–$96,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
