Description

  • Configure GRC platforms such as LogicGate or equivalent systems based on solution designs.
  • Build workflows for risk management, compliance, audits, and controls.
  • Implement dashboards, reports, automation rules, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Translate solution architecture into technical platform configuration and support system setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist with data migration and system integration tasks during implementation.
  • Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve configuration issues.
  • Document test results, implementation outcomes, and configuration details.
  • Support client onboarding, platform training, and implementation-related queries during deployment.
  • Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure successful rollout and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to standard implementation templates and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in GRC, IT implementation, or enterprise systems delivery.
  • Experience with GRC platforms such as LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Experience in workflow configuration or system implementation roles.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise software deployment (preferred).
  • Background in consulting, risk management, or IT systems delivery (preferred).
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, or data migration activities (preferred).
  • Experience working in global or multi-client environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of business process automation tools (preferred).
