Description

  • Lead the definition and evolution of the user experience strategy.
  • Understand the needs of users, clients, and stakeholders in depth.
  • Design and execute UX research activities to validate product hypotheses and decisions.
  • Define design principles and best practices to ensure consistent, scalable experiences.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems.
  • Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and complex product experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Participate in conversations with clients to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Analyze metrics and user feedback to drive continuous experience improvements.
  • Support the growth of the design practice from a technical leadership perspective.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading UX or Product Design initiatives or teams.
  • Strong experience in UX research and user-centered methodologies.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems.
  • Background in UX/UI design and digital product design.
  • Experience working on B2B products, SaaS platforms, or complex environments.
  • Ability to translate research findings into product decisions.
  • Proficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile methodologies.
  • Intermediate English (B1+) or higher.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Preferred: experience designing back-office tools, enterprise platforms, or developer-facing products.
  • Preferred: experience working with product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Preferred: participation in defining design frameworks, processes, or standards.
