Description

  • Translate deep knowledge of clients and their context into improved user experiences.
  • Design and apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather user data.
  • Analyze research findings to support UX and usability decisions.
  • Create actionable reports that clearly communicate research conclusions and insights.
  • Work with agile teams to support research and testing efforts.
  • Conduct usability testing using test software and related tools.
  • Apply statistical analysis to UX research and interpretation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of design, human-computer interaction, and usability.
  • Experience creating actionable reports that clearly translate research findings.
  • Strong applied statistical knowledge for UX.
  • Experience working with agile teams.
  • Experience with usability testing software.
  • Preferred: experience in a digital talent consulting or multinational client environment.
