Description

  • Drive architectural discussions and make decisions that impact multiple teams or domains.
  • Design scalable UI systems, core libraries, and internal packages for Flutter applications.
  • Define and enforce standards for code quality, security, and documentation.
  • Partner with UX, backend, and product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Improve rendering, reactivity, and observability at scale, including metrics, monitoring, and error tracking.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through feedback and code reviews.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered development tools to improve developer experience and reduce technical debt.
  • Own complex initiatives and help shape the technical strategy for frontend development using Flutter.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience with Flutter SDK and a deep understanding of the rendering pipeline.
  • Experience designing responsive mobile interfaces and scalable frontend architecture.
  • Strong background in Clean Architecture, Layered Architecture, and advanced state management such as BLoC or Riverpod.
  • Experience with secure architectures, including MFA, biometrics, SSO, and sensitive data handling.
  • Experience with REST APIs, MethodChannels, and complex third-party integrations.
  • Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with observability and profiling tools such as Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
  • Strong communication skills and high proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Bonus: experience with Fastlane, App Store/Play Store release automation, product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase Analytics, and Docker.
