Description

  • Manage a portfolio of tactical client accounts with individually low annual revenue.
  • Build productive, professional, and consultative relationships with key stakeholders across assigned client organizations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including specialists, support services, technical resources, operations management, and leadership, to meet account objectives and client expectations.
  • Connect key stakeholders within the client organization with the Steritech team through formal and informal meetings.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the market segment and share insights, trends, benchmarks, and best practices with assigned clients.
  • Proactively assess service performance, including quality, calibration, intervention allocation, time-based differentiation, survey results, and specialist feedback, and manage service-level agreements.
  • Drive assigned goals for growth, profitability, account retention, and strategic objectives.
  • Work with client accounts and accounts receivable teams to ensure payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Execute contract renewals and price increase terms with assigned clients.
  • Prepare required weekly, monthly, and annual reports and complete related administrative procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a management-related field, or 3 years of progressive management experience in a related services industry, or completion of the account management program for internal candidates.
  • Proven initiative and ability to work effectively under pressure in dynamic situations with tact.
  • Strong time management and self-organization skills.
  • Ability to complete projects and initiatives successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven virtual meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with a track record of results.
  • Financial acumen and business sense.
  • Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel by car and air to meet clients, visit field operations, and attend meetings and conferences as needed.
  • Proficiency with Google applications, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
  • Must pass pre-employment background checks, including driver’s record, criminal record, and drug screening.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales organization and/or account management.
  • Preferred: experience in foodservice, grocery, convenience store, or quick-service restaurant industries.
